This platform allows us to offer our Preferred Partners a cohesive investment team, integrating funds management, asset management, development management and support services.

The Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth) (AML/CTF Act) requires entities such as the Trustee to maintain a program that identifies, mitigates and manages money laundering and terrorism financing risks associated with its business.
In this regard, we may request Investors provide additional information for identification and verification purposes. Please note that the Trustee will not accept an application to invest in the Fund until we are satisfied that the identity of the Investor has been verified in accordance with the requirements of the AML/CTF Act.
