Compliance Committee

WINIM as an investment manager understands its fiduciary responsibility to its investors, the community and the environment when executing its investment strategies.

This understanding guides our business at all times and leads us to make the right decisions.

The Board recognises the importance of a sound compliance and corporate governance framework, and how these can add to the performance of the WINIM group and engender the confidence of the investment community.

In conjunction with our in-house expertise we utilise external independent governance specialists who bring a broad scope of senior corporate governance experience from the public domain.

Anti-Money Laundering

The Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth) (AML/CTF Act) requires entities such as the Trustee to maintain a program that identifies, mitigates and manages money laundering and terrorism financing risks associated with its business.

In this regard, we may request Investors provide additional information for identification and verification purposes. Please note that the Trustee will not accept an application to invest in the Fund until we are satisfied that the identity of the Investor has been verified in accordance with the requirements of the AML/CTF Act.

If you do not provide a completed Application Form or the correct identification documents the processing of your application may be delayed, returned or refused.
