Scott Timmins

Scott is an experienced Development Manager with close to 10 years experience within the mixed use, commercial, residential and retail sectors. Scott’s capabilities span across feasibility and site analysis, development due diligence, architectural and landscape design, structural and services design coordination, council and authorities liaison, development budgeting and financial reporting, development programming, competitive design process management, consultant analysis and engagement, sales and marketing coordination and contract negotiation.

Scott holds an advanced Diploma in Programme Management, a Graduate Certificate of Property Development and is currently studying his Masters in Property Development at UNSW.
