Peitra Creak

An experienced project and team leader, Peitra has over 15 years’ experience in mixed-use residential development, critical path management and design. Peitra’s passion and in-depth understanding of the Australian residential property market has led to her current position as Project Director for WINIM. Throughout her career, Peitra has been instrumental in delivering a portfolio of residential and mixed-use projects ranging in value from $37 million through to $145 million.

Peitra’s capabilities include critical path management, feasibility, risk management, project marketing, design stakeholder management, team leadership and strata subdivision. Prior to joining WINIM, Peitra has held a number of senior management positions across the development, construction and design industries and has completed a Bachelor of Environmental Science, Environmental Management, at Macquarie University.
