Acting as the connective tissue of the business, she enables cross-team collaboration, maintains internal rhythm, and provides executive support to the directors, allowing them to focus on strategy and growth.

Her role centers on building clarity, structure, and consistency – aligning people, processes, and priorities so that projects progress smoothly and the leadership team is supported. With a strong background in business administration and account management, including client-facing and relationship-focused roles, Maslinka brings both commercial acumen and a people-first mindset to her work. She is relied upon to keep day-to-day operations running seamlessly, ensuring the business remains efficient, organised, and focused.
