Experienced working with major institutions and private clients, Mark has provided analysis and advice across residential, land lease, Build to Rent, office, retail, logistics and hotel sectors. A background in construction, development, valuation, funds management and debt over a 25 year period has given Mark exposure to the key aspects of property. Mark has an MSc. Urban Real Estate from Herriot Watt University in Edinburgh, UK and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
