Liam Shallies

Liam is an Assistant Development Manager at WINIM, supporting the delivery of several multi-residential projects across Sydney. With a background spanning project sales, construction, and property development, Liam brings a well-rounded understanding of the full project lifecycle, from acquisition feasibility through to project delivery. Liam has worked across large-scale residential, commercial, and industrial developments, contributing to projects valued up to $80 million.

His experience includes managing development applications, coordinating detailed design and tender processes, conducting financial modelling, and engaging with key stakeholders. This broad exposure has provided Liam with a solid foundation in development management and project delivery. Liam holds a Bachelor of Property Development, Valuation & Investment from ICMS. He combines academic insight with practical experience, taking a collaborative and detail-oriented approach to deliver successful outcomes.
