Justin is the driving force behind WINIM’s Development and Funds Management teams, leveraging his extensive experience, exceptional leadership, and multifaceted expertise. With an impressive two decades of property development experience spanning both domestic and international projects, Justin excels in site acquisitions, successful joint ventures, and project deliveries. He has guided proficient teams through the intricacies of master planning, construction management, mixed-use developments, retail spaces, residential complexes, and education.

Justin’s skillset extends to adept contract negotiations, covering crucial aspects such as land acquisition, financing arrangements, joint ventures, construction contracts, major leases and planning solutions. His educational background is underpinned by a Bachelor of Commerce and a Post Graduate degree in Applied Finance and Investment.
