Josh Leahy

Josh is responsible for providing strategic leadership and investment direction for both WINIM Developments and WINIM Funds Management. Josh has significant experience across multiple Australian property sectors and real estate facets spanning nearly three decades.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Land Economics) and a Diploma in Real Estate Business. He is a licensed real estate agent and is the licensee in charge of WINIM Developments. He is RG146 compliant with ASIC and is the Responsible Manager for WINIM Funds Management.
