Aren Kutnuyan

As a Development Manager, Aren brings a unique understanding of the built environment to WINIM. Graduating with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering at the University of New South Wales and working for multiple structural engineering firms prior to joining WINIM, allows Aren to draw upon his experience to bring a greater depth of knowledge when it comes to the design and construction of property.  Having worked across a wide range of property sectors including, residential, mixed use, commercial and education, Aren has developed the skills to better understand and manage the development process.

Aren is currently working on residential, education and commercial developments across Sydney.
