Justin has over 25 years’ experience in property development in Australia and internationally. Justin has acquired sites, secured JV’s and delivered projects in excess of $1 billion. He has led teams in the master planning, construction delivery and management of various mixed use, retail, residential and education projects. His capabilities are strong in risk and program management as well as contract negotiation for land, finance, joint ventures, construction, major leases, planning solutions and other areas critical to delivering and operating successful developments. Justin has held senior management positions and directorships at leading public and private corporations. He has a Bachelor of Commerce and Post Graduate in Applied Finance and Investment.

Ry has been at WINIM since its inception. With over 15 years’ experience in the property industry Ry has worked in various roles as a valuer, project manager and development manager. Ry has been comprehensively involved in various mixed-use developments valued from $5 million to $600 million. During this time, Ry has delivered on a variety of sectors including residential, retail, commercial, mining, education, and health. Ry has a detailed understanding of the entire development process and cycle from feasibility analysis, due diligence and acquisition through to project completion and asset management. Ry has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Property Economics) from the Queensland University of Technology.

Anthony gained a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of NSW. Anthony gained a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of NSW. After working in several architectural practices, Anthony gained his Builders Licence and began designing and constructing his own developments. Recently, Anthony has concentrated on project managing developments with his business partners including the first multi-storey industrial development in Alexandria Sydney, as well as various industrial and residential developments.
Anthony’s experience has given him a vast knowledge of project management – from the site selection stage through to construction and the final sale of the project. Recognition’s from Anthony’s design and project management include; Master Builder Association House of the Year and Apartment of the year.

Alexander interned for an international stockbroker and Investment Bank throughout his time at university, gaining experience in both the research and operations divisions. Working with senior management, he assisted in the integration of new trading platforms and products into the existing business, as well as generating and updating valuations across small and mid-cap equities.

Sophie Campbell, Sales & Marketing Manager

Sophie joined WINIM as Marketing and Sales Manager with more than 20 years’ experience in the field. Gus is an entrepreneur and a negotiator and has worked across industries, led teams, facilitated diverse stakeholder groups and found innovative solutions in order to complete transactions both domestically and internationally. Gus has worked across all aspects of property development and has been integrally involved in a combined value of over a $1 billion dollars of property transactions. Gus was a founding member of the property investment banking team at a leading Australian bank and has been a Certified Registered Valuer without limitations for over 35 years.

Gus is an entrepreneur and a negotiator and has worked across industries, led teams, facilitated diverse stakeholder groups and found innovative solutions in order to complete transactions both domestically and internationally. Gus has worked across all aspects of property development and has been integrally involved in a combined value of over a $1 billion dollars of property transactions. Gus was a founding member of the property investment banking team at a leading Australian bank and has been a Certified Registered Valuer without limitations for over 35 years.

Todd Kuiters, Investment Manager

Todd has over 12 years’ experience specialising in the provision of financial and commercial advisory services on complex large-scale property and infrastructure projects across Australia. He has been involved in the full project life cycle including early works feasibility assessments, business case development, financial and commercial negotiations and post financial close management. Todd’s strong leadership skills, high degree of numeracy, strong modelling ability and project management skills contribute to the efficient delivery of all projects in which he is involved.

Prior to joining WINIM, Todd worked for a multinational professional services company within the Deals, Infrastructure and Urban Renewal team. He has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting and Finance) from University of Technology Sydney and a Master of Finance from Macquarie University.

Prior to joining WINIM, Todd worked for a multinational professional services company within the Deals, Infrastructure and Urban Renewal team. He has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting and Finance) from University of Technology Sydney and a Master of Finance from Macquarie University.

Kip brings his past experience in project marketing, property management and development to WINIM. Kip has completed a Bachelor of Business and Commerce at Western Sydney University and currently studying a Postgraduate Diploma in Property Development at the University of Technology.
