WINIM were engaged by Blackstone to provide Development Management and Project Management services for the Waverley Gardens Shopping Centre Repositioning Masterplan. Our roles included: internal mall ambience upgrade, a new childcare facility and a new fresh food precinct. Major retailers we worked with included Target and Coles.
