The first phase included project management of the new full line Woolworths supermarket, upgrade to mall/common area amenities, minor tenancy remix and alterations and car park upgrades. Phase two involved the fit out of a 24-hour gym and phase three includes a new childcare centre and minor tenancy remix and alterations.
