WINIM was responsible for masterplanning incorporating a mix of potential retail, commercial, residential and community uses with a total area of 6.3 hectares in the North Box Hill precinct.

We undertook a strategic review of the site to maximise future development opportunities including conducting a review of existing research undertaken, identifying ‘scope gap’, undertaking comparable and competitors analysis to position the product and management of key consultants. Key outcomes included 30% uplift of floor space ratio (FSR) and 40% uplift of the height control and set up the benchmark for the future development which will be staged over the next 10 years.
