WINIM completed the strategic assessment of masterplanning options for the site, underpinned by industry research to ensure alignment with BHL’s development objectives.

Key outcomes included the strategic positioning of a new supermarket, analysis and recommendation of a major grocery tenant as the key retail anchor, coordination of legal administration and the Put and Call Agreement, collaboration with Camden Council on the masterplan development application, as well as design, consultant coordination, and feasibility analysis.
