WINIM provided Development Management services, including Master planning, Concept Design, Leasing, Operational Coordination, and Construction/Delivery across multiple phases including internal Ambience Upgrade, Restaurant + Hoyts Upgrade, Children’s Precinct, JB Hi-Fi + Level 2 Remix, Fresh Food Precinct and Target to 3000m2 Harris Scarf.
WINIM worked with a wide range of design consultants and contractors to create a center that increased the ‘experimental’ offer to encourage repeat visitation.
