WINIM was engaged by EG funds to consult on the retail masterplan for the Flour Mill, Summer Hill Mixed Use Urban Regeneration Project.

The project consisted of 300 residential apartments, 4.000m2 of commercial space and 2,500m2 of retail spread across multiple stages. WINIMs role involved retail maspeterplanning and feasibility studies
The team successfully managed project budgets and authority approvals while overseeing design documentation considering the sites development and heritage overlays. WINIM role included comprehensive reporting to joint venture and client, ensuring clear recommendations and strategies were provided to drive project success.
