EG Funds engaged WINIM in 2014 to participate in Consulting and Repositioning Masterplan of the centre. WINIM’s services included masterplan design and feasibility studies and retail delivery services. The repositioning included: external ambience upgrade, children’s play area & outdoor screen, replacement dining precinct and tenancy co-ordination. The project was completed in a live environment resulting in a destinational dining precinct with minimal interruption to existing residents, hotel occupants and tenants.
