WINIM were engaged by CapitaLand to undertake strategic value proposition of the 100 & 108 Wickham Street to reposition the asset to take advantage of its proximity to Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley and strong pedestrian traffic. Works included:

  • 100 Wickham refurbishment
  • External ambience upgrade
  • External Dining and Retail Precinct 

WINIM worked with the Contractor and client closely to deliver the works in a live environment delivering the project on time and with minimum interruption to existing tenants.

The work resulted in better amenity for existing tenants, creating a destination for surrounding businesses by providing new F&B offerings and opportunities to achieve the uplift of the rental revenue
