WINIM has acquired 105-107 Fern Street at Gerringong and has now filed a development application with the Kiama Municipal Council.
If approved, the site will be home to wa “visionary” mixed-use development it hopes will enhance the Gerringong town centre.
Designed by Derive Architects, the development includes three residential penthouses with ocean views as well as a 43-key hotel, offering “premium” accommodation for residents and visitors, as well as a pool, and a new food and beverage offering.
