Prominent Lower North Shore developer WINIM has filed plans for its next project. It’s planning a 42-apartment development in Lane Cove, on a near-3000 sqm site across 1 Gatacre Avenue & 1-4 Allison Avenue, a site they secured in 2021 for around $25 million.
