           Indicative Fund Timeline

The Fund seeks to rapidly capitalise on favourable market conditions in Sydney’s property market with low supply and robust buyer demand expected to drive growth in property prices and keep rental rates high and stable. The duration of the fund is expected to be 66 months from fund commencement.
